Civis Structured Briefcase Brown

The more I look at this one, the more I like it. At first it’s just a lovely brown bag, then I start noticing the grain, the pale thread, and the gentle curve across the flap. Nothing feels overdone. It has enough detail to keep me interested without losing that simple, classic look.

The natural linen lining is a nice surprise. That’s something I always check, and I’m pleased VALORA has been specific about the materials. I like the leather exterior, but knowing what’s inside makes the bag more interesting to me. The dust bag is a welcome extra.

Apparently a brown briefcase can be on my wish list now. Wasn’t expecting that, but here we are.

This is much closer to what I picture when I think of a work bag I’d actually be excited about. A proper briefcase shape, an interesting leather texture, and a brown that doesn’t look dull. I’d want to check my laptop against the measurements, but the design itself is right up my street.

I have a soft spot for bags with a rounded top handle. This one looks especially lovely above the wide body. A little old-fashioned in the nicest way.

The contrast stitching does it for me. Such a small detail, such a big difference.

This reminds me of the classic leather bags I’ve always admired, especially with that rounded handle and wide flap. I’m glad VALORA kept the design simple. The brown and the texture already give it so much personality that it doesn’t need much else. There’s something quite reassuring about a bag with such a familiar shape. It’s the sort of design I don’t think I’d get tired of looking at.

Okay, this color has my attention 🤎 And the little pale stitches around the edges make it even prettier.

A handsome briefcase. I like the straightforward shape and the fact that the leather itself is the main feature. The brown gives it a little more warmth than a typical work bag.

I’m usually drawn to the smallest details, and here it’s the curved edge of the flap. It gives the bag a softer look while keeping that proper briefcase shape. The stitching makes it stand out just enough. I wouldn’t change a thing about the front.

That brown is gorgeous. Easily my favorite version of this bag.

There’s something about this warm brown that makes the whole bag feel special. I love that you can see the grain of the leather instead of a completely smooth surface. The lighter stitching is a lovely touch too. Classic, but with plenty of character.
